ʻOhana Concert in Support of Hawaiian Humane Society

Intro

Enjoy a performance under the stars with your HSO. Ticket sales for this performance support the Hawaiian Humane Society. This performance will be conducted by JoAnn Falletta and feature one of our Nā Hōkū ‘Ōpio | Young Stars competition winners, showcasing the abundance of young talent being cultivated in Hawai'i.

The Hawaiian Humane Society is an educational and advocacy organization that also shelters, protects, rescues, reunites and rehomes animals. It is O’ahu’s largest animal welfare organization. Established in 1883, the Hawaiian Humane Society is dedicated to promoting the human-animal bond and the humane treatment of all animals. Visit HawaiianHumane.org to learn more.

"Like animals, music has a special place in people's hearts, and we are grateful to Hawaii Symphony Orchestra and their generous sponsors for including us in their impactful ʻOhana Concert series," says Anna Neubauer, President & CEO of Hawaiian Humane Society. "The funds raised will directly support our over 30 programs and services and help our island's animals in need."
